Thank you for your profile post. While you can take all of this with a grain of salt as it is based on the stats and info you provided only, I think you have a good range here.

Reaches: Booth, Yale, INSEAD, Ross, Darden -- good schools to target though the GMAT score is not amazing for your competitive set and also the 2nd MBA hurts your chances a bit
Targets: HEC, LBS, Cornell, Kellogg 1Y, Stern, IMD

Overall the work experience is good and should prepare you well, though nothing about the experience truly separates you from others. I have to ask, would you consider retaking the test again or no? If you did then we could increase the chances of getting in even more.
