Hi Isha295, thanks for reaching out. It's very hard to predict the possibility of scholarships, and different schools apply different criteria. But in general, you have a good chance of scholarship if your GPA and GMAT stats are significantly above average for your target programs (like 30 points above average for the GMAT). If retaking the GMAT is an option, I recommend it, since your GPA seems low.
With 9 years experience, I agree that your profile is a better fit for an accelerated program, as the traditional 2 year programs often have average work experience of about 5 years.
There are not a lot of programs in the US with one year programs (this is more common in Europe for instance) but a few that come to mind are Kellogg, Emory, Cornell, USC, also HEC Montreal in Canada. You should identify what's important to you in a program (curriculum, career specializations, reputation, location, etc.) and then come up with an initial target list to do further research on. Without knowing much more about your goals or preferences, it's difficult for anyone to pick schools for you! Hope this helps, and good luck with your research.
