> 2 years in Risk Management in Alternatives at Blackrock in London office
Did summer internship at the same department
Before that some internships in finance but no big names
For 1 year was Teaching Assistant during my undergraduate studies
Extracurriculars:
Currently:
- Help with fundraising for charity that provides access to education for students in Africa
- Studying online for interiror design course
During Bachelor:
- Was leading a student group working on the marketing plan for the university
- member of 180 degree conslutiing (did consulting project for Latvian NGO)
- was organizing Latvian Model United Nations
Bachelor: Stochholm Schoool of Economics in Riga (Latvia) - top 10% of the calss (Swedish Government Grant)
Did exchange semester in Germany
Master: Bocconi (Italy) - 110/110 (Merit award for full-tuition fee)
CFA level 3 candidate
Business Fundamentals Course - CORe | HBS Online
GMAT Score: 740 (49Q/41V)
Nationality: Ukrainian
Sex: Female
Goal of MBA: venture capital and then starting own business; also considering consulting at the first step
Target schools: R1: Booth, INSEAD, Kellogg
I guess my main concern is a lack of sufficient work experience
