You have not mentioned your college rank, keep a note that for Tier-1 schools like HEC prefer to recruit from the top 20 colleges of the applicant’s country, so having a good college rank comes in handy. Extracurriculars are pretty impressive as well. International exposure, Entrepreneurship experience, social volunteering are strong points that can be highlighted. Now, coming to your target schools, you have mentioned that RSM is your top priority. You have a pretty good profile, so I would say that RSM, Bocconi, ESADE come in the competitive category. HEC can be your dream school, whereas SSE and Copenhagen can be bucketed under safe schools.

Aim for a 690+ GMAT, would help your chances substantially.
