Hello Jon,
Your help would be very much appreciated in evaluating my profile. While I'm familiar with the names of most top-ranking school, I would like to know if you would have specific recommendations taking into account my aims/profile.
Thanks!

Basic info28 year old white male, lawyer, of Canadian & French origin
GMAT 770 (50/47), IR 8, AWA score not yet known
Education:- Law degree (LL.B.) from a "lesser known" university in Canada. GPA 3.06/4.30
- Masters degree (LL.M.) from the same university. GPA 3.95/4.30
- In the course of my Masters Degree, I also studied in France for a year where I obtained a French Masters degree with the equivalent to about ~80%.
- Bar exam
Work experience:By the time I apply, I will have worked 3.5 years at the legal department of a fairly known international organization (i.e. not a for-profit company). I do not only work strictly as a lawyer, but am also responsible for managing various aspects of the operation of the organization, supervising two people. Formally, my title is "Manager".
Extracurricular activitiesI was president of the student union in high school, and vice-president of the law students association in university. I also sit on a committee of the city Bar Association.
I'm also very fond of learning foreign languages and can speak French, English, Spanish fluently, and have an upper-intermediate level in German and Chinese.
My goalsThis is an aspect of my application I will have to work on. I don't really have a specific goal like "being a consultant for McKinsley". I generally appreciate much more the management aspects of my job, and would like to broaden my skillset in that field in order to possibly reorient myself. Ideally, I would like to continue working in the non-profit/government sector, possibly staying at my current organization, but I am not putting a cross on the private sector.
Another more "personal" consideration is that I would be interested in a career abroad - in Asia or maybe in Europe.
Which schools am I interested in?So far, I'm very interested in INSEAD - it seems like a good fit for me because of the importance it gives to the "international profile" of applicants.
Although I'm not particularly enthousiastic about studying in the US, I do find the idea of studying at top universities exciting. I see my alternative "government/non-profit" profile as an advantage but am concerned that my undergraduate GPA will not help. Their other advantage over INSEAD (apart, of course, from their ranking) is that they have a much stronger brand in Canada, if I decide to come back.

To summarize, I would like to know if I can realistically target the schools I mentioned, and if you knew of MBA programs (worldwide) better suited for my professional/personal aims.
Thanks again!
