Hi there,
Hmm, your work experience will definitely be on the low side, coupled with a lower than average GMAT score at many programs... is there a rush or reason to apply so soon? Schools generally like students to have a variety of experiences so that they can contribute a lot to classroom discussions and projects etc, that is one of the main reasons... a lot of your learning at b-school comes from your fellow classmates!
Generally in the current situation you'd ideally aim for schools that have an average GMAT around 650 or so, or 620-670 ish to provide a range, just a rough rule of thumb. But admissions decisions are made based upon your entire profile, keep that in mind.
You could do some GMAT prep and give it another shot at some point too; schools take the highest score and it's quite common to take it more than once.
Good luck on this process and your decisions!
