MSF programs in the US tend to be for fresh grads of those with a little work experience. These programs are set up in a way that they don't cannibalize their MBA programs. You'd obviously be more of an MBA candidate for USC than an MSF. They might look at you and consider you though, just you'd be definitely out of the ordinary.

Look at American University. Their MSF is more for experienced people and they like international experience like you have.
