Thanks for reaching out. Which program you pursue depends partly on which program fits best with your profile, but also on which program fits best with your post-degree goals (which is harder for me to answer). Based on what you've shared, I lean towards MIM for you. Most programs will "count" post-undergraduate work experience, so 18 months would be very light for MBA programs. Most MBA students have about 5 years when they start the program.

Please let me know shall I go for MBA/MIM?
I will be giving the GMAT by June will be too late for Fall'22 so can I apply for Spring'23 an ideal option as I know is Fall'23.

10th- 85.6%
12th- 75%
Top 20 college- 75.6%
Gmat predicted score- 650
Work experience- 18 months after that joined my Dad's business to date.
(DOES THEY COUNT WORK EX ONLY AFTEE GRADUATION DATE because I graduated in June'20 while I started working in March 20?) Total- 24(After counting family business with 30 employees)
Preferred country- UK/Canada/USA
