Hi Ito-hedge,

I think your profile is pretty decent. As far as academics are concerned you have a pretty good GPA. However, schools in UK gives more preference to students who have graduated from a reputable university. In your question you have mentioned two universities. I would really appreciate your input for some clarity. Your work experience is pretty decent as well as having names like Nordic investment bank on your resume earns you extra brownie points as they are reputable brands. Your extracurricular activities are also impressive as they are in sync with your professional achievements. Having experience related to finance works for your application.
However, for schools like LSE which are super competitive you will be competing with applicants with a far stronger profile. So, having certifications like CFA and a strong application would help you differentiate yourself from the pool. Since, you have a year in hand you have more time to build your profile for LSE. I would suggest you to take up our profile evaluation. So, that you have a good idea on where you stand and where you need to work on. Here’s the link to our profile evaluation https://www.mim-essay.com/profile-evaluation?gcf

Hope this helped!
