I must say that you have a pretty Fair profile. You have mentioned a very specific interest in LBS, HEC, Bocconi, SSE, St Gallen, ESADE, and NHH so I am going to give my evaluation of keeping this in mind.
HEC, LBS comes under your dream school category, while Bocconi and ESADE can be bucketed under the competitive category while SSE can be bucketed under the safe category.
On that note, I always suggest people bucket the schools into a dream, competitive and safe categories - This is a great strategy to get into the best program that fits your profile.
Coming back to the evaluation, Here are a couple of things that work out for you, especially from the perspective of HEC and LBS-
HEC and LBS are notorious for recruiting only from tier-1 colleges, so your college rank works out here. Though the GPA will be in the above-average category.
Your work experience is Satisfactory - You have a good mix of working as well as some fair experiences. If you are articulate enough on picking the right data points to highlight, they will be an asset to the application. Though a work ex. In the financial field could be more appreciated by the school and could be a good asset in your profile.
CFA is an added advantage when you're applying to finance schools, so the CFA Level II would be an impressive highlight in your essay and if you could manage to clear the CFA Level III then no doubt you would be preferred over most of the candidates.
Your extra-curricular add the element of diversity to your profile - the leadership positions in student associations, peer advisor and Duke of Edinburgh award can showcase you as a holistic applicant.
Now let’s talk about the point that can be a hindrance to your admission :
GMAT score - As you yourself have mentioned 650 mock score is not your best shot. If you take it and achieve a 710+ score, it will boost your chances significantly, and if I have to choose between applying for early-round with low GMAT and later Rounds with a 710+ GMAT, I would definitely go in for the second option.
Apart from your target schools, some other EU schools that you can target are UCD, TCD as well- These are tier-1 schools of Ireland and do not mandatorily need GMAT.
But remember, these schools come under the competitive category so you need stellar essays to make your application stand out.
