Please help me to evaluate my profile, and provide a range of schools that I should be able to get in.
Following is my information:
Chinese Citizen
Age 24
University of Nebraska- Lincoln
Major: BS in Construction Management,
Minor: Business
GPA 3.0
GMAT 710 (Q: 50, V 35)
I'm deciding between MBA, MS Business Analytic, and MS Real Estate Development. For MBA, I'm wondering if I have any chance to get into one of the top 20s. For MS Business Analytics, my target school is UT Austin and Northwestern. For MS Real Estate, I am aiming at MIT, Cornell, Columbia, and NYU.
I will also have 2 Years of full time working experience in the US by summer 2015, in Construction and Engineering Management, Estimating and Marketing. I had experience in various field as I had a lot of lateral transfers within a company, but I value all of them equally as learning new things have always been thrilling to me. Also, I had multiple internships in China when I was perusing my undergraduate degree, so I'd say international and diverse work experience is one of my strong suit.
My main concerns are that my GPA is below the average comparing to the 2014 class profile, and my background is a little "out of the scope" when comparing with candidates with Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Engineering background, when applying for MS Business Analytic. But I am well aware of that, so I have used my spare time taking SQL class, and soon will begin my SAS training, and aiming at obtaining SAS Basic and Advanced Certificate within 2014.
Please let me know what kind of schools can I get into, and if I have any chance get into my

Sounds like you are at an interesting decision-making point in life as you assess these various degrees.
In terms of an MBA, your GPA is a challenge as it's quite low compared with the averages at top 50-ish schools. The GMAT is better than the GPA and at least it's more recent, but you don't have a ton of work experience either. It does sound like international experience is a plus, yes. Schools would want to know more about leadership experience, community involvement, accomplishments, strengths & weaknesses, post-grad school goals, etc, all of which would play into the ultimate decision. Overall at this point I'd say top 15 would be tough; could maybe apply to a couple in the 15-20-ish range and a couple outside top 20.
It's often the case that Masters that are not MBA degrees do not have students with as much full time work experience (MBA is generally an average of 5 years); so that might help you with the other degree options you are considering. Overall I'd do as much research as you can into employability and possible post-grad-school goals and jobs from each degree, and let that guide you.

Thank you very much for the prompt reply, and yes, I am in the middle of an "interesting decision-making point in life" as you mentioned, and trying to figure out what's more that I can achieve with what I have. 
But I wouldn't call this point in life all interesting though, lots of trail and error. 
I would put MBA aside for this stage in my life, as I think I won't have a big shot at the top programs, and they are the only ones worth the time and money IMHO. Instead, I am looking at the two degrees: MS Business Analytic and MS Real Estate Development. Here are the list of schools that's on my mind, can you please offer some advice and see what my odds are?

Post-grad goals: I am aiming at working in the real estate development industry or credit risk management after graduating from Masters, starting as an analyst or consultant, and work my way into asset management, acquisition, and other similar positions. This way I can apply my background in construction management, and combine them with a Business Master to increase my competitiveness.
Leadership Experience: I'd say my work requires leadership everyday, as other workers would look to you for guidance and advice, and you need to ensure everything goes smoothly and everyone work as team to achieve a common goal, that is, make the project profitable. Basically a job that requires proficiency in engineering concept, people skills, and at the same time, leadership. I was also a Project leader in college for a non-profit student organization, and multiple school projects.
Community Involvement: Lead a project to help people in need with financial literacy, and also help out a charity marathon with my co-workers. (Trying to make it short here)
Accomplishment: All I can think of would be beating the procurement budget during the project start-up by negotiating with vendors, and some other work related. Schools wise would be couple successful academic projects, and a scholarship for my undergraduate.
