Hi there,
Congrats on the 720 on your GMAT! It's tough to give too much detailed recommendations for schools without knowing more about what you are looking for in a school (geographic location, urban setting or not, class size, curriculum, student culture, etc), and even a bit more about you. But with strong essays and evidence of leadership potential, you could apply to a range of schools, such as 1-2 in the top 10, 1-3 in the 10-25 range perhaps? You can look up rankings for programs that are strong in the areas you are most interested in. Certainly all strong b-schools are good for consulting, but schools like Darden, Kellogg, Tuck, Booth, Emory, Duke or outside the US, INSEAD, Oxford, etc are some to research.

All that said, 2nd round deadlines are pretty much now.... even going from your original post date, there was virtually no time to get applications together!! So hope something works out at some point... if you are able to wait and apply R1 next year that might work well!
Good luck!
