You have many good attributes in your profile. I suspect you'll be a candidate for NUS. I assume you're applying this year; if so, there isn't a ton you can do to improve your chances. Our recommendation for people actively applying is the following:

(1) Taking/retaking the GMAT. In your case, scoring a 700+ is critical.
(2) Writing convincing essays that showcase a clear career story and interest in the school
(3) Putting together a results-based resume
(4) Securing solid letters of recommendation
(5) Engaging with schools of interest via admissions events, converse with alumni/current students, etc.

The rest of your profile is mostly set, so most extracurricular events or experiences at work at this point are unlikely to significantly move the needle on your overall candidacy.
