Are the schools in my list ideal for my intended career goals? Are there any other schools that i should consider?

Hi!
Congrats on your great GMAT improvement! That'll really help with your profile.
The bad news first, which you may already be aware of: you are part of the 'overrepresented' Indian male engineer demographic, which means the bar for admissions is much higher. Academically, you are very well positioned. Professionally, it depends how much leadership experience you've had. As a senior engineer, my understanding is that while you might lead some projects and such, your role is still highly technical and less business oriented. This is a disadvantage, but can be overcome if you have robust stories to share. The fact that you are engaged in diversity work at your firm also demonstrates firm leadership, so that is good. Extracurricular - you've clearly demonstrated excellence and leadership (via coaching,mentoring) in table tennis, but do note that table tennis is a common activity for this demographic, so you'll want to concentrate on finding a way to differentiate yourself from the competition. I didn't see much in the way of community activities/leadership, so that is a bit of a gap in your profile.
Your school list is quite well rounded in terms of competitiveness, so that is good, but these schools don't scream healthcare and/or entrepreneurship to me, personally. It seems, however, that you are eager to go abroad for your MBA, so that narrows the pool a bit. If you are interested in US programs at all, you could consider Wharton, Kellogg, Berkeley and Duke as options (the first three are highly competitive, so I would pick one of those to add to your list). Another great school for entrepreneurship that is not as well ranked overall is Babson.
One thing to keep in mind is your career narrative. Currently, jumping from medical device co to healthcare co makes sense, but entrepreneurship thereafter is a big jump and a non-logical story based on your past and future plans. Your long term goal should logically build from your past experience and your short term goals.
