- GMAT 730
- Solid leadership extracurrics while at school (director of communications for the minority business organization for two years, admittance to elite professional development program junior year)
- Extras - Currently own a lifestyle blog that garners 10,000 unique visitors per month, as well as facilitates an annual holiday clothing drive that has helped raise $20,000 over the last two years
- Goal: Short term - to transition to an in-house marketing position in either the fashion or beauty industry. Long term - become the brand manager/CMO for luxury fashion/beauty brand
- Dream schools: Kellogg, Stanford, Wharton, Harvard, Columbia, Booth
I'm nervous that my work experience, going from consulting to PR, isn't a very common one. I've done LinkedIn searches to see if people with profiles that are similar to mine have gone on to the MBA programs I'm interested in and cannot seem to find many. Should this be cause for concern?
Thanks!
