1st Attempt: 670 (48Q/34V), 6 AWA, 4 IR
2nd Attempt: 660 (49Q/31V), 6 AWA, 8 IR (kept score because of IR being 8/8)
Undergrad GPA: 3.4 from University of California, Irvine as with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems
Work Experience Now: 3.5 Years at Accenture as a Technology Consultant - up for 2nd promotion since joining. Currently have 2 direct reports
Work is primarily focused on Operations and Process Improvement
Extra Curricular: Mentoring company new joiners, Food Banks, Volunteering at a cultural group
Post MBA: Focus on more Operations Consulting, Analytics Consulting

Overall your profile is pretty solid, you have an excellent GPA from a very good school and likewise have a strong employer.
However, the GMAT is a bit low for the schools you are targeting. You are about 30 points below average. And since for ALL of your schools your GMAT is below average, it means that you should likely reconsider your school list so that you apply to a wider spread.
Or, Option B would be to retake the GMAT (This what I would suggest, if you believe you can get a higher score)
