Hi
aloyv,
Your work experience looks great -- strong brand names, management experience, and a good mix of operational + consulting experience. It is also good that you took on extra roles with P&G, so try to do the same with your new firm, or add an activity outside of work to keep up involvement outside of your core work.
What worries me is that you're targeting three of the toughest schools, and despite having excellent quant / IR scores, your overall GMAT score is below average, especially for your demographic. If you are able to raise that, I even think that would be worth delaying a round for. Or, go for those three and put your absolute best into the applications but then plan to have some solid backup schools for the next round.
Hope that helps!
Kate
