Hi there! Looking to get my profile reviewed

thank you in advance for your time! I have been preparing for an MBA since I was an undergrad and am finally taking the leap of faith. My questions are:
1. Do I have a good shot at my target schools, assuming I hit the GMAT score range below? Looking to go to school in California - which is why I haven't thought about applying to many out-of-state schools except for big reaches. I like the tech scene in CA.
2. If I do consider more out-of-state schools, which ones would you recommend?
3. What can I do to beef up my profile, if deficient in any area?
4. For my professional letters of recommendation, is it preferable to get a partner/executive level recommendation, or are direct managers permissible?Profile: 25, Asian female, US resident, LGBTQ
GMAT: Haven't taken this yet, aiming 690-720 (not a strong standardized test taker)
Undergrad: Business and International Relations (BA) from a Top 40 US college
GPA: 3.8 (overall), 4.0 (major)
Work Experience: 3 YOE; CPA with 2 years of Big 4 audit experience (financial services), 1 year of non-Big 4 accounting advisory services. Lots of client-facing exposure, project management (I have managed 2-5 people since my second year of work), research/writing, and financial reporting. Received one early promotion at first firm, may be receiving a second early promotion at current firm.
Post-MBA Goals: Use my existing background in accounting advisory (consulting lite) to pivot into management consulting (MBB). I love helping clients untangle complex business issues, but want to move from an accounting perspective to strategy. Would like to continue working on tech clients post-MBA. Longer-term goals are to combine skills and knowledge from MBB and passion for entrepreneurship (through constant experience with founding organizations and initiatives) to a tech startup.
Targets: UCLA, USC, Haas, UT Austin
Reaches: Stanford, Wharton, Booth
Undergrad Extracurriculars: Led multiple student-run orgs, founded two orgs (one business-related), teaching assistant in business school, two accounting internships
Work Extracurriculars: Hosts and supports D&I initiatives, strongly involved with campus recruiting, co-founded company's staff advisory board (overseeing business segment with 400 employees), participates in womens'/AAPI professional networks, and developed research topics for students in a research-based honors program that partners with firm. Will also be helping teach part of our practice's training in the fall.
Outside-of-Work Extracurriculars: NFP volunteer, co-founded and led a summer career advisory program for undergrads (hosted group lectures and one-on-one coaching for cohorts of approx. 10 students each summer), alumni mentor for college frat
