Thanks for the feedback. I couldn't agree more about the GPA.
What do you think about my chances at booth/Ross? Are these the right target or stretch schools for my profile?

You'll probably have an easier time getting into ross than into booth, simply because booth and ross are pretty much segregated into two different "tiers" of schools (this is, of course, subjective). To be honest with you, I really don't see any flaw in your profile, except the fact that you're from a competitive group and your age. You have your GMAT, your GPA, and your leadership experience. All you have to do is be able to convey that through your essays and letter of recommendations. The leftover is pretty much just like and pray that the person who reads it likes your profile. Again, I don't see any major downside (besides the ones mentioned, which you cannot do anything about anyways), so your best bet is to just go for it and apply...then pray for the best. But to answer your question, I do think you have a shot in either booth or ross.

Thanks bakefed for the very comforting words. I've learnt to respect the competition. So, I'll give it my best shot and deal with the outcome.
