Plan to gain at least four years of work experience before applying. Do not rush. It will not help your candidacy for international schools.
I would also recommend to up your game by targeting 705+. You will be competing against Indian engineers from multiple Tier 1 institutes. This score will at best neutralize their advantage a little bit. The rest will entirely depend on your experiences and achievements, showcasing your leadership, impact, initiatives from work. Almost everyone shows BAJA SAE, so that's not a significant differentiator.
Scores are a critical input to school selection. Without having a score in hand, you cannot conclude which schools to target. It will also require you to do deep research through their employment reports, conversations with Adcom, alumni, and students, attending webinars and events, etc.

SSPatil you are better suited for 2 years MBA programs in India via CAT route than any one year or global MBA programs. ISB could be an option but there too you need an edge which usually comes to very young candidates (your competition group) who either come from consulting backgrounds (exposure to multiple clients/industries) or those who have worked in fast-paced startups with unique exposure to how decisions are made at the highest levels.

Top B schools see a lot of pre-MBA techies/engineers applying to the program. You will have to execute your application well to stand out. You need to unpack your experiences and reconstruct your stories in a way that shows that working on high-impact projects has given you a much more hands-on experience and opportunity to engage with leaders from the industry, more experiential maturity, and more capability to contextualize business problems than most young techies who apply. Always remember that schools are spoilt for choice and they won't blink an eye before rejecting a very young applicant who has an improvement area.

In your case, I feel that if you give yourself some more time to enhance your profile, you could grab projects and professional opportunities that add a new dimension to your portfolio. If you missed having this realization earlier, the profile enhancement would need to show as a take-off point in your career graph depending on your goals. For example, in a strategic role in a startup or in consulting where you get hands-on experience in the building blocks of businesses, negotiate an international assignment, or get into beginner roles in an industry you want to break into post MBA. I feel there would be no dearth of opportunities for someone young and ambitious.
