Deep Passion into Capital Market Industry. I want to get an equity research job after MBA graduate.
I understand the years of my work experience is below average for many top schools. However I have the urgent to switch as I have determined the industry I want to work in

My advise is something that you didn't ask for. If I were you, I'd wait and apply next year for round 1 and 2. You have some gaps that you may need to talk about, such as 2 years WE but 27 years old (most people graduate from undergrad at age 22 and will have 5 years of WE at 27, but you have 2). Secondly, round 3 is SIGNIFICANTLY harder for you to get in for any top 20 b-schools because you'll be fighting with other round 3'ers, plus the waitlists for a small number of seats left in the class. If you wait and apply next year, you will garner another year of WE and round 1/2 may just be easier.
But if you're super gun-hoed about round 3, I'd look at Ross, Darden, Johnson, Marshall's range, basically from the 12th and onward according to US News. (I can't be sure that all of the one's I've listed have 3 rounds, though most do [some even 4 rounds]).
