I have a GMAT 660 (Q-48, V-32, IR-5, AWA-5). I am an Indian female with a Masters from one of the top 35 engineering schools in US, and a 2.5 years work experience in US from an internationally recognized company. Currently I am working as a pro-bono consultant and looking for opportunities in consulting and/or marketing. I wanted to know which schools would be a good fit for me, I want to get into consulting after my MBA or marketing as a second option. I was a swimmer in high school and represented my state at the nationals. I also have been involved in other extracurricular activities since then. I wanted to know which schools could I apply to with my current profile, I have thought of these schools at present:
1) NYU(stern)
2) Baruch (Zicklin)
3) Notre Dame
4) INSEAD
5) Rutgers
Could someone provide some insight into the environment and general activities at any of these schools and also which other schools could be a good match for me based on my interests and background? Also could someone provide tips on how to draft your essays.... things like handling an ethical dilemma at work, etc. Appreciate the help !

Thanks for your post. So, to keep it honest and real.... I would say Stern and INSEAD are likely going to be extremely difficult for you, so think hard about whether you want to give those a shot or not. Hopefully you'll have a solid shot at the other schools on your list. In terms of choosing schools, think about geography... what cities/areas are you more interested in, city vs smaller college town etc. Look at class size, look at employment reports, look at class profiles.
