Below are the details of my profile !!
my earnest request to you is to guide me & give genuine feedback to improve my candidature !!
Country : India
Educational Background : <GPA>
Interschool : 3.5 Year of Passing : 2003
HighSchool : 3.5 Year of Passing : 2005
College : 4 Branch : Automobile Engg. < Was in Top 3 students of my branch > < College : Oriental Institute of science & Tech , india > Year of Passing : 2009
GMAT Score : 690
Target College : ISB, IIM,
Work Experience :
Was selected during college placement in a software company , Did not join it, As always interested in joining core !!
First company small auto ancillary - work their for 6 months then left the company because of Financial affairs
Second Company : FrigoGlass - SCM : 1 Year work exp - No Major achievements
Third Company : Honda India - SCM : 2.5 Year Work Exp as of now - Achievements : 3 times awarded best in team, Promoted to post of Team leader .
represent my operation in a global event < Have certificate of it >
Intangible achievements during my tenure at Honda : Had experience of labor strike at vendor end , Negotiation, Part development, De-risking, Cost Reduction etc.
Awards & Achievements :
1. My name enlisted in India Book of Records for developing India's first bike to run on Air
2. 1st runner up in state level designing competition
3. Credit certificate in an international level chemistry quiz competition during School.
4. NCC A ( National Cadre Corp) certificate
5. Played cricket for School & college at various inter school & inter college tournaments.
6. Participated in various robotics competition in various colleges & organized national level event in my college

Thanks for posting. As of now it sounds like you have a solid, if somewhat-average profile. With perhaps a few ways you stand out through being recognized and curious about the 'bike that runs on air' piece?!? Perhaps those types of accomplishments if really showcased could help you stand out.
It's tough without knowing and seeing even more about your work experience, and without knowing more about your story-- the WHY behind it all.... why do you want to go to b-school, and what do you want to do with the degree? Explaining that can very well impact your admissions decision, for example.
In terms of how to improve your candidacy, some of it may just be digging deeper into your personal and professional stories and experiences; more community involvement would help; and not sure if it's under consideration but a slightly higher GMAT would be a plus too.
