Well I would say you could even aim for one, two schools in the Top 10, whichever correspond to you (say Haas, NYU).. And then you will want to aim for a few of the more Tier two schools: Babson could be a good choice given their strength in entrepreneurship, McCombs, Johnson, Kenan-Flagler Anderson, Ross, Kellogg (a bit harder, but you can go for it), and then maybe add one or two schools in which your GMAT would be about average as your safe schools.

H/S/W will still be long shots, but if you can get a 700, go for it. Its worth it, and you will certainly see better results all around.
