Hi
Ultrahenry - thanks for reaching out to Stratus! I'd be happy to review your profile.
Congrats on your strong GRE, it'll help offset your average GPA (that you should explain in an optional essay). Among other mainland Chinese applicants I've seen applying to top programs, your profile is on par. To improve your profile, I'd recommend getting involved in leadership outside of work / extracurriculars, if you haven't already (and just didn't bother to mention them).
Your target schools are a reach for anyone, but slightly more challenging given your age/length of work experience. Have you considered executive MBA or part time programs? I've seen clients get in with your stats to Wharton's Executive MBA program with well-communicated, inspiring stories.
If you are pursuing scholarships, I'd ratchet down your school list to top 10-20 programs. And even so, I'd still lean more towards executive MBA/part time programs. It isn't impossible to get into a full-time program at your age, but the odds are not realistically in your favor.
If you want to reach out for a free consult, I or anyone on our Stratus team would be glad to explain more about the steps you should be taking to get to your best applications. I see some great, unique elements in your profile. Storytelling is something we help our clients with every single day--connecting the dots from your past to where you want to go in your future will help the adcom determine how much they want to invest in your story.
