Ankur,

There is no work experience requirement as such - there is just a school average, which is not indicative of the least number of years of work experience you need before you can apply. As you yourself said, people with experience on the lower side (3-5 yrs) can also get into these schools.
For LBS, for instance, you will probably need more work experience than you would for HKUST.

Your chances of getting financial aid are fair - a lot depends on how your application is crafted. The story must be tight, and you must be able to make a strong case for a scholarship based on a number of factors including academics.
