It would be greatly appreciated if you could evaluate my profile for an MBA application and provide honest feedback.

Gender: Male
Age: 29
Nationality: Canadian
Resident: Canada
Language: English (mother tongue), French (currently level 2 but goal is to become fluent in next 12 months)
Education/GMAT
Degree: Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Business Administration and Economics - 2006 Graduate
School: University of Windsor
GPA: 8.32 (0-13, between a B and B-) estimating at 2.85 (0-4)
GMAT: 730 46Q 45V 6.0 AWA (only 1 attempt, which was in October of this year)
Additional course work post undergrad: University of Western Ontario 92.5% average (2 Project Management Courses)
Professional Experience
Post Grad Experience: Currently 5 years, all with the same firm (will be 6 when program starts)
Firm: North America’s leading automotive software, data and professional services provider
Current Position: Manager, Sales Planning Group (Manage an international team consisting of 8 direct reports--analysts, specialists, and consultants. I have been in this position for 1 year)
Past Positions: Product Manager (1 year), Consultant (1.5 years), Analyst (1.5 years)

Allright sir, nice GMAT!
Overall you seem to have a fine and dandy profile. It is a bit of a shame about the low GPA though, and you should address when you apply.
Another tip, is that you should try and present yourself as being in the Automotive Industry rather than IT. As you know, there are already a flood of IT candidates, but not all that many Automotive.
And you didn't write them here, but hopefully also your goals will be within Automotive as well.
If you are going for strong International programs with general management, I'd look at Duke, INSEAD, Tepper, Anderson as well. Kellogg too.
See which of these schools fit your location desires and goals.

My goals are to obtain a general management position within automotive industry but I do need to tweak how I have labelled my employment history in some of the applications. Thanks for the tip.
