Hey there, and thanks for dropping in dude.

From looking at your overall profile, I'd saying the strongest thing you have is your leadership of a team, and this is the one thing I would suggest emphasizing most as you apply. Your GMAT and TOEFL are very good, and thanks to those will give you a shot at the schools you listed. Your GPA is a bit on the low side, and you have to see what you can do there - addressing it either in an essay or some other way. Your goals are fine, although I would think that you should put more emphasis on the tourism/hospitality angle than on the "Starting a consulting firm", which is one of the most over-used and least plausible goals in applications... whereas the tourism is more of a unique point for you.

My next thought is that if you are going to propose entrepreneurial goals, it would be nice if we could se some PROOF of your potential success in these goals, or perhaps that you have started the work already. Your school list is fine, if maybe a wee bit on the tough side. I would definitely add one or two more, and preferably at least one safety school (a school ranked about somewhere between 20-50, which appeals to you for reasons of fit/location.etc.)

Good luck to you. And if you have anything else, just let me know...
