Hello,
Thanks for sharing your profile. I'd say the biggest weakness in your profile right now is your lack of full time work experience. Given that you've been out of college for nearly three years, this will not look good to ad coms. As a part-time employee, you've likely not had that much opportunity (relative to your full time colleagues) to demonstrate leadership or make significant impact on your organizations. Further, I don't see any mention of post-college extracurricular/community service activities, which is another gap. Your GMAT score is average -- for top programs, we'd ideally like to see that at the 700+ mark. All in all, I would say you are mostly overreaching with the list below... I'd suggest looking a little lower.

Thank you for the response Mili, and this is exactly the type of information I need. I have about a year before now and when I plan to apply. I think fitting some extra-curricular's within this time frame shouldn't be too problematic. That being said, what do you think my chances are at a top 50 program? What If my list looked something like this:
