Dear Saevo,
I got you man. With four years experience and your quick move up the ladder, you are, as I mentioned before in pretty darn good shape. You seem to have enough extra-currics and volunteer work to cover yourself. Nothing yet stands out as extraordinary, but the most important thing is that you have it, and when you start digging, you will likely find that you have more extraordinary stories than you think. Another interesting option for you (depending on the questions that are asked this year, and on your stories) would be to try and build critical mass by adding several stories together into one grand shabang. This might be a good way to get a lot of mileage out of your activities if you have no single impressive story, but lots of smaller somewhat impressive ones.

As for whether or not you want to tell your boss, well of course I have no idea there... but feel it out a bit with people you trust and who know him well, and maybe you can tell him (but maybe not).

Good luck, and let me know if you have any other questions, or if there's any other way I can help,
JF
