Good to hear from you.
From where I stand things look mighty good. Female with good grades in a tough double-major from a good school with a great GMAT and strong work experience in a preferred MBA firm. Most excellent. What else do you have in your profile in the way of extras? (sports, community service, extra-currics)?? I think your school choice is a good one, and that you can even add HBS and Wharton if they interest you (and I think they should). Beyond what you have here, all the rest will ride on your essays and goals and recommendations and interview. I'm not so sure your goals are the best simply because the kind of a priori goal of everyone in IB is to get into PE.
And the schools might be asking: Okay so what does she have that all these others don't? And if you have something, then great! and if not, maybe then tweak your goals a bit to make them more concrete.
