1) Brief description of experience
4 years experience in the manufacturing industry in positions ranging from core operations to project management to strategy formulation. I had led a shift of 20 employees for a year and a half before moving to other positions. Currently I am in the operations analytics managing logistics in 8 manufacturing units across India
2) GMAT : 770 Q50 V44
3) Significant college and post-college extra-curricular activities
Post college :
Was the founding member of a Rotary club and served as the secretary of the club.
College:
Was the secretary of the Electrical Engineers Club and co-founder of the Robotics Club.
Initated a Social service group name Green UCE for educating children and providing vocational training to the enemployed youth in a nearby slum. UCE being the former name of my college
4) Important certifications
6 Sigma auditing
5) Target programs.
Full time MBA Programs at MIT Sloan, Booth, Haas, Tepper and Ross. Please suggest any other programs

Hello there my friend,
Nice to see a profile with a lot of REAL leadership. This is for sure your strongest point, and that coupled with a fantastic GMAT (congrats!) and excellent grades shows me an excellent all-around candidate. Extra-curriculars/volunteer work could be a bit stronger to round out your candidacy, and the founding of the Rotary club seems to be the strongest story you h ave, so use that as much as you can.
As for your target programs, all of good top programs (although I'm not 100% sure how you came up with the list, meaning what your criteria were for choosing THESE schools over other options like Columbia, Tuck, Duke, UNC... etc.) So if I understood a bit better than I could maybe share some thoughts about that. Otherwise, I think your school list is a bit on the tough side, but just a bit. Meaning with your grades, leadership and GMAT there's no reason for you not to apply to mostly Top 10-15 programs, but you could also find one more great "Safe school" that you really love for other reasons, to fill out your strategy and hedge your bets.
