Hello there, and thanks for writing,
So let's start with the basics. With your GPA + GMAT I figure that your normal range for applying to Bschools is likely in about the 40-60 range of the rankings (US News). This is a pretty rough approximation of course, but about there.
Otherwise, you are obviously very experienced, and as far as work goes within your industry, you should be fine. (DO try and emphasize the achievements, the leadership and teamwork as much as possible though).
Your toughest challenge from what I can make out here will be to STAND OUT. As you know, Male/Indian/IT is a tough and common profile, and you need to do whatever you can to make your application UNIQUE - it can be through extra curricular activities, volunteer work, writing style, other leadership, or better yet a combination of ALL of the above.
It's good for example that you have the tech blogging and the tutoring, but it's not yet enough. Both are pretty "Standard" when it comes to the Indian application, and the schools will want to hear more about YOU.
I hope this helps!
Best,
JF
