Good to hear from you.
So so far overall things look pretty good. You have a very good GPA from a very good school. You seem to have two solid jobs (even if the first firm is small, still Government consulting is nice).
On the challenging side, for the schools you listed, your GMAT is a touch under the average (except for Johnson where it's dot on the nose) which makes things a biiit harder. Now it doesn't mean you need to revisit your entire strategy, but you should probably be adding another 2-3 schools a little bit lower ranked.
It would help me though if you gave me a biiit more detail like:
- More info about your Non-profit (what it does, how big, how much money, etc.)
- More detail about your work (what you did, whether you had leadership, whether you had international experience)
- Anything else about volunteer work
- Anything about extra curricualr activities
- Your army service! You have to do three years, I believe..
