Hi,
I am from India and am planning to apply for the full time MBA program starting next year in colleges in US.
I have appeared for GMAT and my score is 720.
My educational qualifications and work experience are as listed below.
Graduation:- B. Tech in Electrical & Electronics from KIIT University, India. (CGPA: 8.12)
Work ex. post graduation:- 3 years in IT Consulting. (till date).
I have also attached my resume for more details.
Can you please evaluate my profile and let me know what are the best college options for me in US where I can apply and where there are good chances of me getting through preferably with a scholarship.
My profile is more or less average and I also don't have any international experience as of now; hence I am facing trouble in sorting out colleges that would fit my profile.
It would be really helpful if you can provide your help on this and give suggestions.

Hey dude,
Well first of all you DID get an awesome GMAT score, so that aint nothing!
Otherwise you are right that your degree from a non-IIT + profile as Indian/Male/Tech is not necessarily advantageous.
But that's why the most important thing is that you do not seem "average" or "normal". What is unique about you? What is special about you? There are a LOOOOOOT of "Software developers from Tata" applying to B-school, but what makes YOU unique? Why would the schools pick you over 50 other dudes with the same profile, and if you can answer that, then you will have found your strategy.
I'd say you would be fine in the 15-30 range approximately (for US business schools), and this might change a bit based on some of the details of your profile.
