Hi there -
You've got a lot of strengths....good academic background, good GMAT, really great progression in your responsibilities including team management, plus some international exposure too. Those last two things in particular should help you to stand out amongst a very competitive applicant pool. Your extracurriculars may be a little light, looks like most of what you listed was from college, but I think that's less of an issue since you have displayed strong leadership on the job. Your experience in the airline industry is also less common, and should help to bring an interesting perspective to classroom discussions.
Note that you will be just above the average age (27.7 yrs at matriculation for the top US programs), so make sure you're carefully explaining why you need an MBA and what you hope to learn from the degree to achieve your career goals. It could also make a school like Harvard even harder for you where the average age is closer to 26.
I think you could target top 15 schools, as long as you apply to a range within that (i.e., not just H/S/W). MIT might be a good fit, Booth too, also perhaps schools like Tuck, Yale, and Fuqua where global perspective is really valued.
