Hey Snehil,
I think you have a strong profile with good experience and international exposure as well.
Sports is good and also community service, but it would depend on how deeply you were involved and the impact it creates.
For you academics and GMAT score would hold lesser weight and what you did during your 7 years of experience and achievements would be more important
to highlight and showcase.
In terms of WE also you are on the higher end of the spectrum and would make it easier for you event though you don't get a stellar GMAT.
You need to do some retrospect on your work experience and try to identify strong points and achievements.
Basically you need to work on your Verbal section and you would be able to manage a decent score.
May be you can target 650~700 range.
Also, if you plan to enter MBA in 2016, then you should start planning for the applications as well as time is running out.

- GMAT score 580 (Q 49 V 21) giving second attempt very soon ( Esp for verbal, Have no idea how it dropped soo very much)
