Fell in love with consultancy during my Project manager tenure and switched to a Business Analyst role in manufacturing industry. Geo Exposure : Worker and lived 3.5 Years in US, 2 Years in Switzerland, ~1 year in Brazil. Held workshops with Manufacturing Clients in Poland, Ukraine, Netherlands and Denmark.
Awards : Won couple of prestigious awards at org level.
Extracurricular : Was school leader during my secondary education. Was the College Union Secretary for a year during my graduation.
Goal : I aspire to become a Management Consultant in the Manufacturing domain and I believe that MBA will help me achieve the goal.
I prefer to do a full time one year MBA course in the top colleges. INSEAD is my dream college.
Please let me know how you feel about my profile and whether INSEAD is a realistic goal. Any other top colleges that you can recommend?

Overall I see some good stuff in your profile - excellent GMAT, excellent GPA, tons of International work, and management (INSEAD will love both of these). But what I am lacking to understand your profile is WHO you are. WHAT you want. What your GOALS are. what is UNIQUE about you.
These are very vital for you and your application, because as you know or can imagine, the biggest weakness in your profile is the danger that it might slip through the cracks amongst others with similar profile, and we certainly don't want that to happen...
Basically, if you can tell a compelling story, INSEAD and other Top European schools should be within reach.
