Thanks for the information you've shared! I would say overall you have a variety of strong points to your profile and things look good, BUT I would also have to caveat that schools like HBS, GSB, and Sloan are EXTREMELY competitive so will still be very challenging! Just have to keep it realistic!

Stanford even MORE so than the rest given the smaller class size, high # of apps, high GMAT score, etc... often accept only 6-8% of applicants!
Specifically your GMAT and academic performance are solid, the promotions you've had are a plus, and while you are part of a competitive applicant group (Indian engineers), you've at least got some leadership and management experiences to draw from, which is a plus in classroom discussions and case studies etc. The 'institute' you've established sounds very interesting, so I would definitely consider highlighting that through your applications and essays where feasible. Beyond that, what we do with our clients is aim to thoroughly brainstorm and identify the key traits, experiences, and accomplishments they want to showcase to any school, so consider that approach as you start to do some initial planning for your essays.
