Hi there,
You have a good profile but unfortunately, given the level of competition from Indian male engineers applying to US schools, your chances at the US target schools you mentioned look slim. There are several prospective students with high scores and good quality experience from India, so you risk not standing out in the pool. I graduated from one of your target schools and most of the Indian applicants had 730+ score.
In my opinion, your options are:
- Re-taking GMAT and try to get a 730+ score
- Rethink your target schools and aim for Rank 20-30 schools. With your current profile, you can get scholarships if you are strategic about your choices. Read a story about Alok Rana, who got up to 100% scholarship from three US B-schools.

You stand a better chance at EU and Asian schools. Your UN experience sounds interesting. If you can highlight that aspect of your profile and make a good compelling case for MBA and your career goals, you stand a good chance at most schools. INSEAD might be tough, but you could definitely try!
Good luck!
