Hi! Thanks for reaching out.
You are absolutely right that figuring out post MBA goals is really hard! But yes, you will need a more specific answer when it comes time. The options you are considering do make sense though given your current experience. Perhaps take a look at our career primers for more details on typical post-MBA options:
https://shop.mbamission.com/collections/career-primersOther than refining your goals, I think the areas for you to improve are:
-Adding extracurricular / community leadership activities (sounds like this will be underway soon)
-Gaining more leadership experience on-the-job (the team lead experience is great so keep that up)...is a promotion possible? Is onsite work possible or other international exposure? That plus your experience growing up in UAE could really help to differentiate your profile.
-Consider retaking GMAT. Your score is strong, but since your GPA is not stellar, and you're applying from a competitive demographic, it's worth another shot since you have time. This will especially help at schools like Tuck.
-Engage with / research your target business schools, network with alums/students, etc. This will help you know the schools better, demonstrate interest, and also help you to refine your career goal story.
Good luck, and keep us posted if we can help with anything else.

Hello,
I need your help to know about my profile, and what should I do to make it better. What schools should I aim for. I'm applying only in 2017 so I have 1 year time.
Post MBA I want to work in Technology/Consulting or Finance. I realise that's not a clear answer. But I'm working on it. Its a surprisingly hard question.
Maybe in the future start my own company, though I'm not really sure. I'm still figuring out.
