Hi I am Dominic John from India. I am planning to give my GMAT in October, 2016.
10th Std - 91%
12th Std - 91.33%
B.Sc degree in Biotechnology - CGPA - 9.22/10 (one of autonomous small town college)
M.Sc Degree in Biotechnology - 81.25%(India's top Arts & Science college)
PGDM from a Tier 2 Business School - 6.36/9 GPA.
3.3 years of MNC Pharmaceutical Sales (Eli Lilly, Merck) experience before PGDM - Key account management. Currently, Procurement Manager of a manufacturing company for 1.6 years managing a team & procurement function for entire company with two plants.
Major professional achievements - Played a major role in restoring the manufacturing plant affected by flood within a record 2 months. Achieved major sales and new business development during my sales experience.
My ambition is to have a leadership career in a Pharmaceutical company.
Participated and won prizes at various inter and intra-collegiate cultural events during school and college time.
Overall Coordinator for a premier league club which conducts management, sports and fun event for two years during PGDM.
Actively participated in social welfare activities with radius club during PGDM
Individual project for my Masters degree - 6 months in an Indian Council of Medical research affiliated institute.
Market research internship for 2 months during my PGDM in a manufacturing company.
Presented talks on Biotechnology topics in various seminars at national level, state level and inter-collegiate level during my Masters and Bachelors degree.
My decision to do a re-MBA is mainly due to ambition to have an international career in Pharmaceutical marketing.
I am 30 now. What are my chances to get into top 20 business schools in US? Is my profile acceptable in one of those business schools?
My initial practice GMAT scores are between 650 to 680 range.I am aiming for 700 and above. Will it do?

Very good to hear from you my friend!
You have lots of great stuff in your profile. Now I know you want me to tell you where you can apply with your profile, but without a GMAT score this is very very hard to do. What I can say is that if you intend to apply for Top10 schools a 740 is pretty much your target as an Indian (I know!!! Its very high!! But Indian candidates just test sooooooo well)
I think that Top 20 schools thus may be out of range for you. But fret not!!! There are many amazing Tier II programs in the US which have strong bio/pharma programs and actually it's a very good industry to come from, because there are a lot of jobs available in it.
so first things first: Go kill that GMAT!!!
