Here are some strengths I see in your profile: long tenure with one firm (hopefully you've been promoted in that time?), plus that experience is at a well-known global company, team leadership experience (definitely highlight that), you must be a top performer if you've received multiple awards (again, highlighting promotions would help further here, and think about how you can demonstrate your accomplishments and impact too!). I assume you mean that you've worked remotely with international clients but not spent time living / working in other countries? If so, that's fine, and I would still highlight the diverse client exposure.

Your experience with the startup should definitely be interesting to highlight and reflect upon in your application. And it's nice backup to support your post-MBA goals. Make sure you've got a clear "action plan" in mind (as entrepreneurship can be risky, as you know).

For your demographic pool, your GMAT / GPA stats could be slightly challenging, especially at top schools like INSEAD / Kellogg (though perhaps less so if you're targeting the one year program). But hopefully the strengths I mentioned above will outweigh that.
