Thanks for your post. While it was fairly short, and certainly schools will dig deeper in their assessment of your profile, both professionally and personally, overall I think you have some strengths such as what sounds like a solid professional career thus far and obviously recognition along the way; strong community involvement; respectable academics; and being a less-represented minority/female can be a plus in some ways as diversity within a given class is important. That said, I don't believe I know your actual role/s at the 'tech company' and how much leadership you've demonstrated there. And your GMAT is still well below average at many of your schools. Not sure how many times you've taken it.... but you could still consider trying once more if you think improvement is feasible, to ensure your best possible chance.
