Hi, Please evaluate my profile and give me advice.
1)Nationality: Indian
2)10th:91.4%
3)12th:86.7%
4) Bachelors in Technology- NIT Hamirpur- 8.5/10 CGPA (translates to 3.70 GPA)
5) Working as a Software Engineer for 22 months in a US based MNC.
6)Extraciriculars: Photography, Videography, Reading, Sketching.
Held the role of Secretary of Ethics for Cultural Festival and Secretary of Photography, Creative Arts and Webdesign Technical Festival in College.
Contributed to Tedx community during college.
Currently leading initiative to help colleagues improve their speaking skills at Work.
Also, currently undertaking a course to learn an additional language-German.
7) GMAT score: 690(Q50/V32)
This score was highly unexpected as I was scoring above 700 in my practice tests.
I am unsure whether I can get a good B school with this profile. I am considering retaking the exam, but I need help in taking the final leap.
I am targeting UCLA Anderson, Columbia and Duke Universities.

So a few thoughts before you go ahead an apply:
First as a software engineer 22 months is not nearly enough experience for you to apply. It's true that some people do apply with two years experience, but mostly they come from Finance or Consulting. The expectation would be that you have had enough time at work to PROVE how good you are (and hopefully get enough leadership)
Secondly, do not underestimate how COMPETITIVE things are especially for people in the toughest demographic (i.e. yours... Indian/Male/IT). Have a look at this amazing post here by our friends at GMATclub, and it will give you an idea of just how challenging:
