Introduction :
I am 27 years old Indian Female working in IT sector since 2012. I intended to apply in US B-schools as well as Europe. My details are as follows :
GMAT : I am yet to take the GMAT, preparing for this.
Target : November'2017
Education :
UG- 80%
B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Branch
West Bengal University of Technology, India
12th Board (HSC) – 86%
10th Board (SSC) – 90%
Work Experience :
4.10 Months experience in IT , in Healthcare Domain in TATA Consultancy Services , India.
Working as a Project Manager in Digital project for customer , also leading another production Support team for Finance Applications
Managed a team of 20 members and taken care a Project lead role
Led Supply Chain application team of 6 members with an experience of 1.5 years
Promoted as Team lead within 1 year and Project Lead with 3 years of experience
I have been handling one of the oldest Clients of TCS in healthcare
Extracurricular Activities :
A classical dancer holding many prestigious State and National level Certificates
Perform for Social Charity
Core member of TATA CSR group
Volunteering Education of Under privileged kids
Helping Visually Challenged Students with Soft Skill training
Regular volunteering in Environmental and Health related activities conducted by TATA Welfare Trust and TCS CSR group
Post MBA Goal :
I want to take up challenging Leadership role in industry ,to become a strategy planner . I wish to leverage my experience of leading diverse teams and also I want to ensure a career path spreading over different industries other than IT .

Questions :
1. Please let me know if my choices do match my profile and it would be of immense help to me if you could categorize the schools as – Good/NA/Can try etc.
2. If I can target the Round 2 and also what would be the possibilities of getting into
3. Also,please advise which other schools would be good for my profile and Post MBA goal

Hi there - thanks for writing! Looks like you have some solid work experience and extracurricular involvement. It's a bit tough for me to evaluate your chances for the schools listed without your GMAT, but the good news is that all of the top schools have good relationships with strategy consulting firms. In selecting a program, it's important to consider the following besides rankings:
1. The culture of the school - does it have an environment you'd enjoy? You'll be able to gauge this from researching the programs and talking to members of the community
2. Geography - where do you intend to work/live post-MBA?
3. Size of program: would you feel more comfortable in a larger or smaller class? Also, what is your preferred learning method - case, or a mix of methods?
