I gave my GRE 2 years back and got a score of 314. I am looking at 325-330 range this time. I am planning to give my GRE for MBA for 2019 intake. I am planning to give my GRE in mid May.

1 year with a pharmaceutical company in sales
3 years in 2 startups as Founder and CEO
1 year in Ecommerce consulting as project manager and director.(Continuing right now)
In the same year, handled a Pharmacy stores chain(3 stores) in the position of Director and Partner.(Continuing right now). Started along with friends and was responsible from end to end operations.

Happy to talk to you to answer your questions, and take you through the process. A few quick questions:
1) Why not GMAT? You may get a higher score with that. If you get better scores there, NUS & ISB in particular will look at you more favourably.
2) The size/impact of your achievements is not clear. PM me your resume for a detailed look.
3) Your candidature appears decent. Making some assumptions here with the laws of averages. Looks like with some consulting help you can nail your NUS & NTU. As for the IIms & ISB, a deeper study of both your resume and talking to you would help.
