Given the profile info that you've shared, it can be difficult to give a very confident assessment since the admissions committees will look closely at the accomplishments and impact you've had on the job during your 3 years of professional experience, and will assess your leadership ability and potential through your resume, recommendations, essays and more. However very broadly, given your scores and the info shared here, I would say yes I'd be optimistic about your being considered at top 20 schools. The top 5-7 or so will be extremely difficult, but beyond that if your applications are strong and you do have demonstrated impact, accomplishments and leadership potential, I think you can choose a handful of schools you feel are a good fit for you. As you might imagine, as you go down the list to schools with higher acceptance rates and/or lower stats, your chances increase, as do your scholarship chances.
