Yes, it looks like whatever you did on GMAT prep paid off - well done! Strong GPA as well.
That is great you've been working at a top company, and have the exposure you gained through the hackathons. Have you been promoted? Have you had any experience leading teams, even if small ones? Do you also have community involvement or activities outside of work-related activities? If no to all or most of these questions, I think it would be worth waiting to boost those parts of your profile. The average work experience for both INSEAD and HEC Paris is 6 years, so you are well below that.
It's still possible to be accepted at your experience level, if you are strong in all other areas and can show fast progression, leadership potential, and clear reasons for why you need your MBA now, but it will be more challenging.

Now I understand that my work ex is on the short side, but I was hoping that working in one of the top tech companies along with a solid GMAT score and good extra-curricular achievements would maybe shift the scales. I would also be open to working for maybe another year to increase my chances.
I would be grateful to get some advice.
