I really like your work experience -- shows good progression and expansion of your responsibilities, overcoming challneges at a startup, and engagement with lots of different groups. Are you unemployed currently? If so that is something you'll want to explain in your applications (likely in an optional essay). Aside from that, I think your other big challenge is the combination of your GPA / GMAT scores. Obviously you can't change the GPA, so is retaking the GMAT possible? If not, you'll want to target schools where your GMAT is in the mid 600s.
